AI Trend Video Privacy Policy

What we store
Your Google account ID, email, display name and avatar if available; hashed session tokens; your credit balance; the photos you upload (which show a person’s face); clips you upload as custom templates, with the time you confirmed you may use them; generation records and the videos generated for you. Sessions last up to 30 days. We never receive your Google password.
Photos are used only to generate the video you request. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to build face-recognition templates.
Visit sources
We record a browser visitor ID and your first, most recent and signup visit, which may include UTM parameters, ad click IDs, landing path and referring site. Country comes from Cloudflare request data and device type from your browser. This is stored in local browser storage and linked to your account when you sign in.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and media storage. Google provides sign-in and, when enabled, Google Analytics. KIE receives your uploaded photos, the trend description and the trend's reference clip to generate the video with ByteDance Seedance 2.0. Stripe processes payments; we keep payment references and pack details, never card numbers.
Storage and deletion
Your media is stored privately under this product's own prefix. Photos and custom template clips (without their sound) reach the video provider through signed links that expire after two hours. Results can only be viewed or downloaded with your signed-in session. Photos, template clips and videos stay with your account history until you ask us to delete them at support@aitrendvideo.net; removing a template from the generator hides it but keeps the clip for videos already made from it. Clearing the local photo draft only removes it from this browser.

To access, correct or delete your data, email support@aitrendvideo.net from your account email. Include the task ID for questions about a specific video.
