Failed generations
If we cannot deliver your video — the provider rejects the request, generation errors out, or it does not finish within 3 hours — credits used for that attempt return to their original source automatically. Subscription credits keep their original expiry and cannot be used after that expiry. Stuck tasks are checked every five minutes, even after you close the page.
Normal AI variation
Each video is a unique AI take, with natural variation in likeness, details and motion. Completed videos do not include a free redo. Normal variation does not qualify for credit returns.
Card refunds
Returned credits stay in your account; they are not refunded to your card. For a duplicate charge, email support@aitrendvideo.net from the address you bought with and include your Stripe receipt. To refund an unused pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase, before any of its credits are used. After a refund, the matching credits are removed. Partial refunds remove whole credits in proportion, rounded down. Canceling a monthly subscription stops future charges and does not automatically refund the current period.
