Dime Dime Baby (Bby Wow): The Meme Explained, Plus How to Make the AI Video
Try this trendQuick answer: Open the Dime Dime Baby template, upload one photo of a single person looking at the camera, pick 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 and create. You get a 10-second MP4 of the walk-in, the concha bite, the stare and the spin, with the soundtrack already added.
Dime Dime Baby is a clip filmed at a quinceañera in Mexico. A staff member dances toward the phone, takes a huge bite of a concha, stares straight into the lens and spins back into the party. Spanish-speaking TikTok calls it Dime Dime Baby; in English it is known as the Bby Wow guy.
Here is why it works and how to make a 10-second AI version with your face.
Dime Dime Baby and Bby Wow are the same clip
The two names come from two audiences. Dime Dime Baby is what Spanish-speaking creators call it; Bby Wow is the English name. Both point to the same quinceañera moment, so searching either one will lead you to the same trend.
The stare is the whole joke
The dance is fun, but the moment people replay is the deadpan look into the camera with a mouthful of bread. That is why the photo you pick matters more here than in most trends: it has to look straight at the camera.
How to make yours
- Pick the Dime Dime Baby template. From the generator page or the Dime Dime Baby AI page.
- Upload one photo. One person, face large and looking at the camera.
- Choose a frame. 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 1:1 for the feed, 16:9 for YouTube.
- Create. Every video is 720p HD and uses 2 credits. The 10-second video comes with the example soundtrack.
Photo checklist
- Look at the camera. The stare only lands with a front-facing photo.
- One person only. Group photos confuse who should dance.
- Nothing over the face: no sunglasses, masks, hands or heavy filters.
- Even light. Daylight or a bright room beats backlight and night shots.
Who to put in it
The funniest versions cast someone you would never expect at a party dance floor: a strict teacher, a grandparent, a very serious friend. Always ask first, and label the clip as AI when you share it.
